Locker Software End-User License Agreement
This information is subject to the Locker Software End User
License Agreement ("License Agreement"), so be sure to read the
users rights and obligations. You may agree to, or decline to
accept the terms of this License Agreement. This software
("S/W") will be installed on your computer only with your
consent. Clicking on the "I Agree" button you have the same
effect as signing the terms of this License Agreement. If you do
not agree to the terms of this License Agreement, please
discontinue the S/W installation.
1. This License Agreement permits the following right
You may copy, publish and distribute downloadable software
packages containing S/W. However, every part of this package
must be retained in its original state without deletion or
alteration, and can not be sold for commercial purposes.
2. Exclusion of all damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY OR ITS
SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. This is
true even if the supplier knew of the possibility of such
damages in advance.
In other words, this is a program that encrypts files, and it is
the user's responsibility for all secondary side effects that
occur using it.
3. Limitation of Liability and Exemption
S/W was provided to you free of charge, and Supplier has included
in this License Agreement a condition that disclaims all
warranties and liability for S/W. YOU EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL ANY
LIABILITY OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT
PERMITTED BY LAW. If you do not want to receive this S/W under
the terms of this License Agreement, do not install S/W.
4. Providing update service
Please refer to the separate Terms and Conditions relating to the
update. This is an individual optional and not required.
5. Access Range to User's PC environment
When the program is installed, it is registered in the startup
program, and some file extension (.Lock) items are changed at
registry.
6. Providing Language
Because S/W already received consent from the previous page that
"I agree to proceed with installation in English", all services
are provided in English. Inform that responsibility is in users
for any damage caused by not being able to recognise English
while using the software.
Locker is a legitimate program that absolutely complies with
local law. Therefore, any sequence of activities that interferes
with the operation of this program is considered illegal and we
can sue in court according to the extent of the damage caused.
